CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

ACS is now hiring full time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES in the Olympia area.

Customer Service Representatives duties include:

Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. May use computer to access and/or update customer records.

Job Requirements:

Great verbal & written communication skills

Type at least 25 wpm

High School diploma or equivalent

Background check & drug screening is required

6 months customer service experience

18 years of age or older
